Managers, experts and professionals for whom the volume and intensity of work cause overloads, etcn the risk of burnout.

Challenge:

Professional working days in the 21st century. filled with planned and unplanned works, urgent fires and an environment that creates countless irritations. In addition, the pandemic's remote working conditions and environmental stress have made administrative processes even more time-consuming.

How to achieve everything, not burn out and regain "control over your life" on the way to your goals?

The answer to these challenges comes from more nuanced questions. How to choose priorities? How does prioritization help manage workload? What is the manager's time for? Why is it difficult to cope with the flow of work? How to do more in less minutes? How to reduce the impact of the environment on the work rhythm? What principles can help you not to overwhelm yourself? How to do daily planning practically? What technical means can help maintain productivity? How to maintain energy levels in the long term?
