Intended for:

For managers and specialists of companies, organizations, who are interested in easy-to-use techniques and methods for reducing everyday psycho-emotional tension and restoring balance.

Challenge:

A large number of workers suffer from stress. Too much stress is a problem, under certain conditions too little stress can be a problem. However, the biggest problem is chronic stress. The conditions of the current situation have significantly increased this risk.

You can't just turn off stress - you have to understand it first. Similar to how physical activity is trained under the guidance of a specialist, it is also recommended to manage your stress with the help of a specialist.

If there are serious problems, then the solution is to go to a psychotherapist. However, in other cases, it is also valuable to understand the causes of your stress and learn techniques to normalize it, both immediately and in the long term.

How do you manage your stress level in the daily changed professional and personal environment?

The answer to this challenge comes from more nuanced questions. What is stress? How to reduce stress risks in everyday life? How can the external environment affect us? How to regulate stress crises?

We will find answers to these and other questions in the seminar "Psycho-emotional well-being in the working environment".

Benefits of the course:

Improved participants' ability to control and manage their stress levels by:

  • understanding of what is good, desirable, but what is harmful stress;
