When you participate in our training sessions, our trainers and instructors may take notes on the topics discussed during the session.

- To enroll you in our training seminars and provide you with course materials and other information and materials that you request from us;

In these circumstances, Master Training acts as a service provider and our customers remain the responsible entity for the Personal Information they provide to us or that we collect on their behalf. To the extent that we act as a service provider, we will process and use such personal information in accordance with the instructions of our customers and any contract with our customers. Master Training will use such personal information only for the purposes of providing the services for which clients have engaged us.

As a service provider, Master Training may share personal information when instructed by customers (the responsible organization). Where Master Training acts as a service provider, we will refer any individual's request for access to the Personal Information we hold relating to that individual to our customers, Master Training will not respond to the request directly.
